Bradbury House (Health Respite in Coventry) Staff nurses provide holistic clinical care to children and young people, aged 5 - 19 years, with a learning disability with complex care including behaviours of concern.
We develop robust and trusting relationships with families to give them a break from their caring responsibilities whilst also supporting them in a multi-disciplined approach with other professionals.
The post holder will assist the Manager in delivering a 24-hour Nurse led respite/enhanced support service. They will work in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive care plans and care packages. The post holder will mostly work without direct supervision and they will be responsible for leading and supporting the team in providing good quality care.
An adaptable and flexible approach is required due to frequent changing needs of the SU/CYP and service delivery.
