Job summary

St Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley is seeking a committed Staff Nurse to join the Ward team. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with day and night shifts. Additional pay enhancements apply for weekend and night working.

You will provide high-quality, holistic patient care to patients and families within an integrated multidisciplinary team, ensuring evidence-based practice and thorough communication throughout care and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.
• Provide high levels of care to patients and their families, alongside Healthcare Assistants, Student Nurses & Volunteers.
• Evidence-based clinical knowledge and excellent communication during assessment, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of patient care and treatment.

£31,593.71 to £36,313.68 per annum, for 37.5 hours per week (dependent on experience)

The Role:

This post is offered on a full time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. These hours are worked on a shift basis, over day and night shifts. Please note, we offer additional pay enhancements for weekend and night working .
