CS UK Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Registered Nurse for a brand new care home opening near Weymouth, Dorset. You will join a leading health care provider in a seaside town known for its beauty, joining a dedicated team committed to high-quality resident care.

The role offers a permanent full-time contract with a mix of shifts. The salary is £21.00–£22.00 per hour, with monthly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including induction, career progression, DBS paid, and a provided uniform.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting is essential.
• Strong time management and leadership abilities alongside good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medication and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are maintained with residents, relatives, and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when required.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in a brand new care home opening soon based in the Weymouth, Dorset area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a fantastic nursing and residential care home, perfectly positioned in one of the most beautiful seaside towns on England’s south coast

Key duties

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
