Graphcore is seeking an engineer to build and maintain production‑quality test infrastructure for its ML software stack. You will design scalable test frameworks, develop CI/CD pipelines across simulators, emulators and hardware, and craft representative ML workloads to drive practical testing improvements.

You will influence software architecture and developer experience, deepen expertise in the AI compute stack, and mentor junior engineers to raise the team’s technical standards.

Formación

• Strong Python skills with production‑quality software development experience.
• Software design and architecture skills for large, complex codebases, with emphasis on testability and maintainability.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing systems in Linux environments.
• Familiarity with C or C++, including reading, debugging and reasoning about low‑level code.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence engineering practices with constructive feedback.
• Self‑directed approach to solving complex problems, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
