Job summary
Tem-Energy Limited is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to act as an embedded technical leader for one of Buy-Side Growth's engineering squads. You will own architecture calls, technical direction, and deliver scalable, end-to-end systems.
In a fast-growing energy-tech environment, you will mentor engineers, shape platform direction, and help design agentic workflows. This remote role offers competitive pay, stock options, and flexible working arrangements.
Qualifications
- Strong technical leadership: set direction and drive commitment.
- Senior or Staff Engineer experience in high-growth startups.
- System design at scale for back-end and front-end.
- Proficiency with Python (FastAPI) and modern JS/TS (React).
- Product-minded: partner with product/design to solve user problems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end, scalable systems.
- Lead technical direction for your squad and make architectural bets.
- Own platform improvements for easier building, testing, shipping.
- Prototype and iterate on new workflows and product ideas.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and collaboration.
