tem is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join Origination & New Products, a small squad within Sell Side Growth. This role is a deep IC focusing on backend systems and integration-heavy work.

You will own architecture decisions, ship the first new product category, and help automate tendering and pricing workflows while collaborating across teams. A fully remote arrangement with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Deep technical depth in backend and systems design.
• Experience with Python, AWS serverless, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven product delivery in startup or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture-level decisions on integration-heavy systems.
• Turn ambiguous problems into shippable plans.
• Deliver dependencies across teams without authority.
• Build backend-first and contribute to React/TypeScript frontend when needed.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
