Job summary

Anthropic is seeking senior full-stack engineers to own critical products and platforms that power Claude.ai, the Anthropic API, and enterprise deployments. You’ll shape end-to-end experiences, improve performance and reliability, and scale features to millions of users while collaborating across product, design, research, and GTM teams.

You’ll contribute to frontend and backend systems, build developer tooling and observability, and help drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities with guardrails

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience in building developer-facing products, APIs, or tooling.
• Hands-on with REST APIs and modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own technical quality across the stack, from frontend to backend.
• Collaborate with product, design, and research to ship user-facing features.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and ensure robust, scalable solutions.
