tem is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer for Origination & New Products. This hands-on role leads a three-person squad through Rosso integration, pricing capabilities, and risk tooling to grow origination volume.

You will partner with commercial and product teams to align new-product work with real pipeline outcomes, while mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards across Sell. This is a fully remote, globally distributed role with flexible hours.

Formación

• Proven technical leadership at Staff or Senior Staff level.
• Ability to operate without a spec and shape undefined opportunities into buildable work.
• Strong commercial judgement to reason about deal risk and revenue impact.
• Deep enough platform fluency to integrate against complex, business-critical systems.
• Track record leading a squad technically through direction and mentorship.
• Influence beyond your team by raising technical standards and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable in our core stack: Python, AWS serverless, and event-driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery for new product categories across Origination & New Products.
• Lead technically through execution—design, build, and ship with the squad.
• Translate ambiguous commercial problems into deliverable plans.
• Partner with commercial and product teams to align work with pipeline outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards without owning their career progression.
• Set technical direction and standards adopted by other squads.
