Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and customer-facing teams to understand unmet needs and define success.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery through production rollout and iteration.
• Write and ship code across services and APIs on the critical path.
• Set technical direction and align teams for rapid learning and growth.
• Own production quality, reliability, and performance with safe rollouts.
• Mentor engineers and remove delivery obstacles while sharing decisions.
