Job summary

Client Server Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to own technical direction, lead projects and work directly with clients on complex transformation programs, primarily in financial services.

You will design and deliver scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices, migrate legacy systems to AWS, and enhance CI/CD and cloud deployment practices. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, problem solving and client engagement within a

Qualifications

Experience in financial services/Fintech environments.
Strong Java development skills including multi-threading and concurrency.
Experience with Spring Boot and microservices environments.
Good knowledge of REST APIs.
Good understanding of AWS.
Solid fundamentals in CS: OOP, data structures, design patterns.
Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborative, problem-solving and client-facing.

Responsibilities

Leading technical projects and client engagements from design through to delivery.
Developing scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices.
Modernising and migrating legacy systems to AWS.
