SoSafe is seeking a Staff Engineer to drive IT automation and AI-native transformation within a cloud-native SaaS scale-up. You will shape the architecture, build scalable toolchains, and mentor teams across IT and Security to adopt innovative automation and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at Staff Engineer level in a cloud-native SaaS environment.
• Hands-on coding background, capable as a builder in platform/SRE contexts.
• Proven AI-native adoption, moving workflows from experiments to production.
• Mastery of infrastructure-as-code and modern CI/CD systems.
• Ability to design hybrid architectures balancing speed and cost.
• Strong leadership and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and iteratively build toolchains fusing automation with AI-driven design across IT and Security.
• Mentor teams to adopt the platform, gather feedback, and drive platform evolution.
• Standardize practices to enable whole departments and scale the platform for all users.
• Shape IT operations and contribute to an IT/Sec Operating System transformation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor engineers to accelerate skill transfer.
• Champion automation platforms and drive cross-department adoption.
