Job summary

SoSafe is seeking a Staff or Principal Engineer to push automation and AI-driven workflows across the IT and Security teams. You will lead hands-on development, design scalable platform architectures, and mentor cross-functional teams in a cloud-native SaaS environment.

You will shape the foundation for our AI-native future, balancing speed with cost and reliability, while championing collaborative engineering culture and cross-department adoption.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of hands-on coding in large-scale cloud-native environments.
• Experience building or scaling platform engineering teams and services.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
• Knowledge of automation, AI-native workflows and agentic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and iterate a toolchain blending traditional automation with AI-driven design.
• Mentor and enable early adopter teams to adopt platforms across IT and Security.
• Standardise practices and scale the platform to the whole organisation.
• Drive IT operations evolution towards infrastructure-as-code across the stack.
