Job summary

New City College is seeking a proactive Group Staff Development Coordinator to drive staff development across the college. You’ll collaborate with curriculum and professional services to plan impactful Staff Development Days, CPD programmes and partnerships that support growth, success and wellbeing of our staff.

You will coordinate resources, venues and communications, while maintaining accurate records and supporting budget and development activities.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience supporting staff development events or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication; proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Group-wide Staff Development Days and CPD events with planning and administration.
• Design and produce professional flipbooks, programmes, guides and resources.
• Coordinate presenters, venues, resources, communications and event logistics for events.
• Maintain CPD records, attendance data and evaluation reports for continuous improvement.
• Provide admin support for partnership activities, meetings, budgets and development records.
