New City College is seeking a Group Staff Development Coordinator to shape and deliver staff development across the college. You will help plan Staff Development Days, CPD programmes and partnership initiatives, working with curriculum and professional services teams to support staff growth and wellbeing.

The role requires at least two years of relevant coordination experience, strong organisation, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Two or more years' experience coordinating staff development events or similar initiatives.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written communication and proofreading abilities.
• Experience producing professional publications and using Microsoft Office together with Canva and/or Adobe software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of Staff Development Days and CPD events across the group.
• Design and produce staff development resources (flipbooks, programmes, guides).
• Coordinate presenters, venues, resources and event logistics.
• Maintain CPD records, attendance data and evaluation reports.
• Provide administrative support for partnership activities, budgets and development records.
