Job summary

New City College is seeking an Enrichment Coordinator to design, coordinate and deliver an engaging programme of activities that support student attendance, achievement and progression. You will work with students, staff and external partners to promote inclusion and community on campus and lead major enrichment initiatives.

You will organise workshops, seminars and events, communicate strategies to students, monitor participation and use insights to improve outcomes. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver enrichment programmes that enhance student attendance and progression.
• Ability to plan, promote and evaluate events and campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff and external partners to deliver impact.

Responsibilities

• Design a diverse enrichment programme aligned with campus goals.
• Organise workshops, campaigns and events promoting development and wellbeing.
• Lead major initiatives (Culture Day, etc.) and promote student engagement.
• Coordinate logistics, resources, monitoring and evaluation of activities.
• Collaborate with pastoral tutors, curriculum teams and external agencies.
• Gather feedback and use data to improve the enrichment offer.
• Support safeguarding and accurate record-keeping across activities.
