Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is seeking a Staff Product Manager with a focus on Analytics, Experimentation, and CLV/LTV modelling to lead strategy, prioritization, and execution of AI/ML capabilities.

You will partner with Data Science, Engineering, and business leaders to deliver scalable analytics products that drive measurable business value and improve understanding of player value over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with 6+ years in digital product management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data science and engineering teams.
• Proven experience partnering with Data Science, ML, and Engineering teams to ship production-grade products.
• Strong understanding of data science workflows including experimentation, modeling, forecasting, value analysis, and productionization.
• Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience influencing prioritization and decision-making across multiple teams.
• Experience in Agile product management and cross-functional squads.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Mentorship skills and elevating capabilities of other product managers or analytics leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and definition of high‑impact AI/ML problem spaces requiring cross-team coordination, including player value and drivers.
• Drive alignment across squads to ensure coordinated execution and avoid duplication of effort.
• Identify opportunities to scale solutions, reuse components, and standardize approaches across analytics, experimentation, forecasting, and value modelling.
• Lead product thinking across the end‑to‑end ML lifecycle from framing opportunities to deployment and value realization.
• Own prioritization across multiple squads, balancing business impact, feasibility, and resources.
• Partner with Integrated Analytics Partners and senior Data Science and Product leaders to align work to business strategy.
• Shape sequencing of analytics work across new feature development, operationalization, and productization, including ML roadmaps.
• Partner with Data Science leaders to ensure rigorous experimentation, modelling, forecasting, and value analysis.
• Coordinate with other Product Management teams to deliver cohesive analytics strategies and stakeholder communication.
• Define success criteria including business impact, adoption, reliability, and operational sustainability.
