Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Data Scientist to measure product and commercial initiatives through experimentation and causal inference. You will work at the intersection of data science, product and strategy, applying robust analytics to drive evidence-based decisions.

Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality measurement, dashboards and insights, advancing PlayStation's data-driven decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years applying experimentation, causal inference, ML or related analytics to business problems.
• Strong understanding of experimental design and modern causal inference methods.
• Experience applying DS, ML and statistical modelling to large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for analytical workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with a drive for continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Apply measurement methodologies across experimentation, causal inference and advanced analytics.
• Design and execute robust measurement approaches including randomized experiments and quasi-experiments.
• Apply statistical, ML and AI techniques to solve measurement challenges and generate insights.
• Develop reusable analytical solutions, dashboards and code to improve measurement workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with advances in statistics, ML and AI to improve capabilities.
