Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations with partnerships.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps).
• Proven track record driving conversion funnels, retention strategies, and monetization opportunities.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive decisions across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy for experiences and capabilities to acquire and engage members and drive monetization growth.
• Lead the conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new features with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive analysis to inform decisions in collaboration with data and analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners to align on outcomes and key use cases.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, experiments, and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to personalization and lifecycle strategy.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with rapid experimentation and measurement of outcomes.
• Maintain understanding of market trends in gaming, monetization, personalization, and customer lifecycle management.
