Job summary

You’ll collaborate with analytics, data science and product engineering to drive architectural decisions and data quality frameworks, while promoting a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in professional data engineering with a track record of designing end-to-end data systems.
• Strong command of SQL and Python; hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and data transformation tools (dbt).
• Experience building and operating batch or streaming pipelines using orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable data pipelines, transformation layers, and data products with clear documentation.
• Define best practices for testing, data modeling, CI/CD pipelines, and data quality frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with analytics, data science, and product engineering to translate business goals into sound technical designs.
• Ensure pipeline reliability and performance; monitor health and optimize data infrastructure for trustworthy data.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
