Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer for Cyber Analytics to set the technical direction for cybersecurity data products. You will lead architecture, modelling standards and data governance to enable trusted insights, AI-powered analytics and secure self-service capabilities.

In collaboration with security, platform and engineering teams, you will mentor Analytics Engineers, drive DataOps practices and ensure scalable, compliant data solutions across the estate.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and data product strategy experience.
• Extensive Python and PySpark experience for large-scale data processing.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks on Azure).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical direction for cybersecurity data products.
• Lead analytics architecture and standards.
