CoC for Motorships (Chief Engineer Unlimited)
STCW High Voltage Management training certificate
Cruise ship experience desirable but not essential
Strong technical background and leadership skills
Natural communicator with willingness to develop leadership

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day running of the technical department and engineering team, including watchkeeping
Ensure engine room plant and machinery are tested and maintained to meet regulations
Oversee testing of SOLAS equipment and maintain maintenance records
Liaise with shore teams and develop the ship’s asset management plan
Attend corporate social events and contribute to a flexible, inclusive culture
