Job summary

Fin, the AI Customer Agent company, is seeking a Staff AI Product Designer to shape AI capabilities and how they fit into real user workflows. You’ll design AI-driven systems and end-to-end experiences, beyond UI, embedding AI behavior into product strategy and user journeys.

You’ll collaborate with ML scientists, PMs and designers in a fast-moving hybrid environment, defining quality, evaluation, and reliability for AI-powered products.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment and high-quality decision making.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with zero-to-one products and ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and AI limitations.
• Experience defining design principles and evaluation criteria for AI systems.
