The role supports the Head of Facilities Management and Estates, focusing on occupancy, budget reporting, and service quality.

You will coordinate building maintenance, oversee tenancy documentation, and help maximise occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or estates operations.
• Knowledge of tenancy agreements and building safety.
• Ability to manage budgets and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff accommodation blocks and ensure accommodation is fit for purpose.
• Monitor tenancy agreements and ensure records are compliant.
• Oversee minor building maintenance and service contracts.
