Newcastle United Football Club is seeking a Stadium Tours Manager to lead the development, commercial growth and daily operation of Stadium Tours at St James' Park. You will shape experiences that increase visitors, revenue and satisfaction while safeguarding the club's heritage.

You will manage approx. 30 tour guides and 2 team leaders, build a high-performing culture and drive new revenue streams, partnerships and innovative content.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within a high- volume visitor attraction or similar.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience growing revenue and numbers.
• Experience leading a sizeable customer-facing team.
• Experience shaping customer journeys and service excellence.
• Experience using data to inform decisions.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of football and Newcastle United is desirable.
• Qualification in tourism, hospitality, business, or related field.
