Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential.
• Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage access control points at events.
• Conduct internal and external patrols of the venue.
• Coordinate crowd management and ensure critical positions are covered.
• Lead, support, and deploy security personnel during events.
• Complete incident reports and maintain records.
• Liaise with stadium management, emergency services, and stakeholders.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
