Responsibilities

• Monitoring entry and exit points of the venue.
• Conducting bag searches, frisking, and checking tickets.
• Managing the flow of people during entry and exit.
• Maintaining a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour.
• Assisting in emergency evacuations and providing first aid.
• Welcoming visitors and providing directions.

Skills

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work under pressure
