Job summary

Nottingham Forest is seeking casual stadium stewards to support safety and guest services at The City Ground. You will interact with attendees, assist seating, monitor crowd flow and report hazards to the Safety Management Team.

The role requires proactive, courteous individuals capable of working flexible hours and complying with club policies. Applicants should be at least 18, physically fit, and prepared to complete Level 2 Spectator Safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
• Remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Polite and courteous manner at all times.

• Flexible to work in different locations within the stadium.
• Smart appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to manage conflict when required.

• Willingness to complete Level 2 Spectator Safety.

Responsibilities

• Attend stadium at specified dates and times as directed.
• Remain at assigned post until duties are completed.
• Attend pre-event briefings to understand role and areas.
• Ensure safety, care and wellbeing of spectators in your area.
• Assist spectators with seating and crowd management.
• Identify and report safety hazards or incidents.
• Report any vandalism or rule violations to supervisors.
• Be prepared to participate in basic lifesaving and safety procedures.
