Mint People in Manchester seeks enthusiastic Hospitality Managers to work at events across Manchester and the Northwest. We are a leading hospitality staffing provider known for matching work to talent and offering consistent opportunities when work is available.

As part of our team, you will oversee the service, ensure cleanliness, supervise cash handling and stock, and lead and motivate staff across top venues and events, with weekly pay and competitive hourly rates.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to supervise service quality and staff performance.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the service, ensuring staff act with speed, efficiency and quality.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Supervising cash handling and operating tills in line with company policies.
• Supervising stock levels and replenishment to keep events fully stocked.
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent service.

Your Role: As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times.
• Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
