Mint People is seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisors to cover events across Manchester and the Northwest. You will lead front-of-house teams, ensure smooth service, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

We offer weekly pay, competitive hourly rates starting at £15.58 per hour, and opportunities to work at stadiums, bars and top venues. This is temporary work with flexible shifts and ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/event settings.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to supervise a team during high-pressure events.

Your Role: As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times.
• Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
