Mint People is seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Managers to work at events across Manchester and the Northwest. Join a leading hospitality staffing provider delivering top-tier talent with flexible opportunities.

You will oversee service, maintain cleanliness, supervise cash handling and tills, manage stock levels, and lead a motivated team to ensure exceptional guest experiences at stadiums, bars, and venues across the region. Temporary roles with weekly pay and competitive rates.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality management or events is preferred.
• Available for temporary events and flexible scheduling.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the service to ensure speed, efficiency and quality.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all areas for a safe, welcoming environment.
• Supervising cash handling and tills to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

Your Role:

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times.
• Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
