Job summary

Mint People is seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Managers to join our team for events across Lincoln. You will oversee service, supervise staff, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality guest experience at top venues.

Weekly pay is provided, with competitive hourly rates and holiday pay, based on venue and experience. This temporary role offers opportunities to work across stadiums, bars, restaurants and events in the Manchester area.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience or strong leadership skills would be beneficial.
• Ability to supervise staff and deliver high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times.
• Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
