Job summary

Mint People is seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisors to join events across Manchester and the Northwest. You will oversee service, ensure speed, quality, and a welcoming environment, and support the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Weekly pay on Fridays and competitive hourly rates of £15.58 per hour with holiday pay are offered. Temporary positions at top-tier stadiums, bars, restaurants and events provide varied, exciting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times.
• Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
