Job summary

Lancashire Cricket Club in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the Stadium and Hotel. You will contribute to high standards through painting, decorating and practical property maintenance across both sites.

The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, basic plumbing, safety tasks, and collaboration with contractors to ensure facilities are safe, functional and well-presented for events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating.
• Proven experience in painting and decorating in a similar background.
• Trained on high working, including Pasma/Ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating, from day-to-day touch-ups through to larger improvement projects across the Hotel and Stadium.
• Preparing surfaces, matching colours, applying paint and maintaining stocks of paints and materials.
• Maintaining the Hotel to brand standards and delivering improvements within budgets and timescales.
• Carrying out general maintenance tasks outside painting and decorating when required and assisting with PPM tasks.
