Lancashire Cricket Club is seeking an on-site Maintenance Assistant to support painting, decorating and general upkeep at Emirates Old Trafford. You will undertake both planned and reactive maintenance to keep the stadium and hotel presented to a high standard.
The role requires practical hands-on work, independent initiative, and experience in a busy FM maintenance environment, including plumbing-related tasks and safety compliance.

We are looking for someone to support our Maintenance team in ensuring all areas of the Stadium and Hotel are presented and maintained to a very high standard.
This is a hands-on role where you will assist with planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive maintenance tasks across both sites. You’ll need a practical approach and an aptitude for carrying out basic property maintenance, including minor plumbing, helping to keep our facilities safe, functional and looking their best.
