Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, catering, hospitality or cleaning is desirable but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays and stadium events.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment during service; assisting chefs as needed
• Supporting the smooth operation of food service areas before, during, and after events
• Following food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
