Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a General Manager for Headingley Stadium in Leeds. Lead operations on-site, overseeing hospitality, retail, culinary, logistics and events while driving profitability and outstanding guest experiences.

You will manage large teams, build strong partnerships with venue partners and shape the venue’s hospitality and events strategy in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in stadia, arenas or large venues.
• Proven track record in P&L and commercial strategy.
• Experience delivering public retail and premium hospitality operations.
• Led large diverse operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across all venue operations for matchdays, events and conferences.
• Act as relationship lead for venue partners and drive partnerships.
• Drive commercial performance and ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across hospitality, retail, culinary, logistics and events.
• Maintain safety, compliance and licensing standards across operations.
• Contribute to business plans and growth strategies with the Account Director.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and revenue growth across services.
• Ensure services align with KPIs and contractual commitments.
