Job summary

Burnley FC is seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Stadia team and support the club’s ongoing development. You’ll oversee facilities management, budgets, and health and safety, delivering a first-class environment for players, staff and supporters.

The role requires senior-level leadership across multi-functional teams, strong project management, CAPEX awareness and excellent IT and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends will be expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in stadium management or similar role.
• 5+ years leading a multi-functional department including project/event management.
• Experience devising and delivering objectives as part of a management team.
• 3+ years project management, coordinating with internal/external customers.
• Experience managing CAPEX and revenue budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong presentation skills and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
