Job summary

Burnley Football Club is seeking aFacilities Manager to support the club’s ongoing development and deliver a first-class environment for players, staff and supporters.

You will oversee facilities management, manage budgets (CAPEX and revenue), lead a multi-functional team, and drive health and safety and environmental policies, including engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in stadium management or similar role.
• Experience in leading and managing a multi-functional department at a senior level including project and event management.
• Proven ability to devise, implement and deliver key objectives strategically as part of a management team.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of managing CAPEX and revenue budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong presentation skills and IT skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Effective communicator.
