Job summary

Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking a Retail / Kiosk Concession Supervisor for Etihad Stadium. The role leads a designated kiosk or small operation on matchdays and events, ensuring guest service, food quality and standards are maintained.

You will work closely with the Section Manager and Culinary teams, supporting Kiosk Operators and ensuring a safe, efficient and enjoyable fan experience with hands-on leadership and a focus on food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or food service.
• Experience supervising or supporting a small team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of food safety and health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Kiosk Operators during each event.
• Deliver pre-event team briefings and communicate operational information.
• Allocate duties and ensure team members understand responsibilities.
• Lead by example with high standards of customer service.
• Provide coaching and support to team during service.
• Escalate performance or conduct concerns to the Section Manager.
