Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Stadium Assistant to join our facilities team at the American Express Stadium in Brighton. The role covers cleaning across the stadium, event set-up and ensuring spaces meet safety standards, with a 35-hour week including evenings and weekends.

You will work as part of a team, bringing strong COSHH knowledge and excellent communication. Previous experience in a large facility helps.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills and team player attitude.
• Experience working in a large-scale facility is desirable.
• Strong understanding of COSHH regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean the stadium to high standards and prepare for events.
• Carry out regular deep cleans and assist with event setup.
• Clean all public and staff areas in line with safety rules.
