Thomas Franks Ltd is looking for a Casual Stadium Chef to join our High Wycombe team. You will work in a fast-paced stadium kitchen, preparing fresh seasonal dishes for match days and events. Experience at CDP or junior sous level and a passion for great food are ideal, with a focus on cost control and teamwork in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen roles (CDP or junior sous) required or preferred.
• Experience in stadium environments, high-end events catering or venues.
• Ability to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and changing menus.
• Strong team player with attention to detail and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs providing catering for match day attendees and events.
• Prepare food from scratch following brand standards and use fresh ingredients.
• Ensure food hygiene, health & safety policies and allergen controls are followed.
• Assist in wastage control and maintain cost awareness.
