Job summary

Taptap Send is seeking a highly organized individual to join our Treasury Operations team and help us grow our business. You will report to the Director of Payments and own the full life cycle of payments, focusing initially on stablecoin funding, working with teams and partners across the world.

As part of a global group with offices in London, Abidjan, Lagos, Nairobi, Paris and New York, you will ensure accounts are funded, funding timelines are met, and payment issues are resolved.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in payments or funding
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with stablecoins is desirable
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage treasury operations, initially for stablecoins.
• Ensure funding timelines are delivered on time with partners.
• Troubleshoot payment issues with internal and external partners.
• Assist onboarding of new banks and trading partners for stablecoins.
• Provide out-of-hours coverage when required
