Taptap Send is seeking a Treasury Operations Associate/Manager to own risk and treasury operations across Francophone Africa corridors. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of treasury operations and credit risk, ensuring the company takes the right risks and keeps money moving safely.

You will partner with intermediary financial partners, build scalable risk frameworks, and work with finance, compliance, and markets teams to support corridor growth.

Qualifikationen

• Analytical Rigour: Strong ability to work with financial data, comfort with ambiguity and judgement to act without a perfect brief. This includes strong Excel skills.
• French & English Fluency: Fluency in both French and English is required for partner relationships in Francophone Africa.

• Own Treasury Operations & Risk Management: Take full ownership of treasury operations and credit risk across Francophone Africa corridors, ensuring the right risks are taken.
• Assess & Monitor Counterparty Risk: Evaluate and track risk exposure with intermediary financial partners in high-volatility, emerging markets.
• Build & Maintain Risk Frameworks: Design practical, scalable risk processes for corridors where regulatory frameworks move quickly.
• Identify & Mitigate Operational Exposures: Surface risks and craft mitigations with internal teams.
• Partner Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with financial partners across Francophone Africa.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with finance, compliance, legal, and markets teams to support corridor expansion.
• Communicate Risk Positions Clearly: Present risk assessments and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
