Job summary

GSK is seeking a Sr. RM Portfolio Business Partner to provide cross-portfolio strategic insight on resource allocation and capacity, ensuring proactive hiring and deployment of R&D headcount.

You will partner with the R&D leadership to surface constraints, model scenarios, and support governance decisions across functions and geographies. The role focuses on delivering portfolio-wide FTE visibility, driving data-driven trade-offs, and using AI analytics to optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in R&D resource management with global scope.
• Experience linking resources and budgets to portfolio decisions, exposure to AI/analytics is a plus.
• Strong matrix leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
