Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Resource Management to partner with RpD functional resource liaisons to assess capacity, workload and resource information, proactively plan and allocate resources, identify gaps and propose solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of pharmaceutical development and experience with RM tools and reporting to deliver high-quality capacity planning, forecasting and headcount management across functions, working in a matrixed environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in science, finance, or engineering.
• Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Serves as interface between RM and RpD and Translational Medicine to review function resource strategies and assess resources.
• Works with partner functions to verify study assumptions and optimize resource utilization.
• Designs, develops, and updates algorithms used in resource demand forecasts.
• Delivers regular and ad-hoc resource reports including forecasted demand, capacity, gap analyses, and planned vs. actuals.
• Maintains resource capacity, allocation and forecast data in the RM system/tool.
• Collaborates with business partners to update RM processes, guidelines, and templates.
