Job summary

GSK is seeking a SRM Portfolio Business Partner to provide strategic, portfolio-wide insights on resource allocation across R&D. You will couple with the Head SRM and senior leaders to align capacity with portfolio priorities, using AI analytics to surface constraints and drive governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry.
• Extensive experience in R&D with global resource management.
• Experience linking resources and financial with portfolio management; exposure to AI/analytics is a plus.
• Prior matrix team leadership experience and ability to motivate staff.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across R&D and external environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-wide view of FTE resources across Assets and Projects to enable insights for optimal allocation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align strategic priorities with resource plans, highlighting risks and trade-offs.
• Deliver a single, trusted portfolio-wide view of FTE capacity to enable interrogation and optimization.
• Surface constraints across R&D and identify upcoming capacity gaps proactively.
• Model scenarios using AI/analytics and flag crunch points down to the role level.
