A day in the life

As Senior Programme Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. Use strategic thinking to define and implement efficient project plans. Depending on your team and tasks, you may work on-site or remotely.

Senior Programme Managers handle complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. Your responsibilities extend beyond process improvements to potentially include contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is vital for Amazon’s delivery speed. As part of ATS, you'll join a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea, road transport, and advanced technology at sortation centers, we aim for maximum efficiency. We leverage data to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
