Our client, a leading fintech firm, part of a global technology group, is looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to build and lead its Outsourcing and Merchant Oversight function. This is an exceptional 12-month engagement offering the opportunity to shape and deliver key compliance frameworks in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking compliance team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Compliance & MLRO to design and implement regulatory-compliant oversight programs that meet the expectations of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience in a senior Compliance role, ideally within a regulated financial services environment with demonstrable experience managing third-party and outsourcing risks, along with a deep understanding of FCA expectations. The ideal candidate must have experience in designing, building, and developing a compliance program from scratch and have extensive experience in outsourcing and third-party risk.
