Responsibilities:

• Coordinate conference logistics and manage engagement meetings at major Oncology congresses to ensure high quality site engagement.
• Utilize project management tools to oversee multiple meetings and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance.
• Support patient recruitment and retention initiatives, vendor management, and documentation in the virtual Trial Master File.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, and support vendor activities.
• Promote employee engagement and uphold J&J Credo Behaviors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific or health-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical trial execution or patient recruitment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems learning agility.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Ariba, Concur, or related systems.
• Familiarity with Global Connect/Telepresence solutions.
