Under the umbrella of Discoverability Program, RBS is looking for an experienced Sr. Program manager to shape and lead our "Customer Search experience" improvement offering, in order to increase efficiencies and quality of our customer search journey and search performance of products on Amazon. As a Sr PM, you will:
Candidates should have experience working with product managers and Tech teams and be familiar with their scoping / prioritization process. A strong presence and the ability to influence are critical, as working with a diverse set of stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer and shopper focus and discipline on setting, communicating and achieving dates upwards and laterally. The ability to understand how different areas of the business are interconnected across stores will be key to developing a product vision. Candidates should have exceptional written communication skills and a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to launch.
